Shipping policy

DISCLAIMER

Responsibility for the shipment passes to the buyer as soon as the parcel is handed over to the relevant shipping carrier. We make sure that all parcels are properly packed and in perfect condition before dispatch. Once the parcel has been handed over to the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, losses, damage, incorrect deliveries, failed delivery attempts or incorrect shipping details.

The estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days after dispatch. This time frame is a guideline from the shipping carrier and is outside our control.

Shipping is a service provided by the respective carrier. If there are any problems with the delivery, the buyer must contact the relevant shipping carrier directly to resolve the matter.
