Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a person named by you, received the goods.

Return rules
After exercising your right of withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Conditions for a return
The item must: – be in the same condition as when you received it – be unused – be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (e.g. your order confirmation) is required. Items returned without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
Returns
If you would like to return an item, please contact us first by email at info.defa@gmx.de. We will then send you the return address individually.
Please note: depending on the country you are returning from, additional costs such as shipping, customs duties or taxes may apply. These costs are borne by the buyer.
Damaged or incorrect delivery
Please check your order as soon as you receive it. If your item is damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us straight away at info.defa@gmx.de
Items excluded from exchange and return
The following are excluded from return: – personalised or custom-made products – hygiene items, if they have been used – reduced items and gift cards
Exchanges
A direct exchange is not possible. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been accepted.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know by email. If it is approved, the refund will be made within 10 business days to the original payment method.
